Build the intelligence layer that makes recovery and recycling provable

You will work on waste recovery and recycling ecosystems under real constraints, using data that is incomplete, inconsistent, and operationally critical.

We're building what thesector has never had.

The GPS stops at the gate. Everything inside a recycling facility - recovery, losses, emissions, material flow - runs on paper and guesswork. We're fixing that.

What you Will do

The problems are real, and not neatly defined.

  • Making operations understandable

You will work with fragmented, inconsistent data from facilities and turn it into something usable.

    • Deal with missing, delayed, and noisy inputs
    • Break down where operations lose time and material
    • Build visibility where none currently exists
  • Turning regulation into systems

You will translate compliance requirements into workflows that actually function in real environments.

    • Work across changing regulatory frameworks
    • Convert requirements into enforceable system logic
    • Ensure outputs hold up under audits
  • Figuring out real environmental impact

You will work on connecting operational behavior to measurable environmental outcomes.

    • Handle imperfect data instead of ideal datasets
    • Improve how impact is calculated over time
    • Reduce dependence on assumptions and averages
  • 01

    Close to the problem

We work from facilities, not assumptions. Expect field exposure.

  • 02

    Ship, then improve

Speed matters. The version in use beats the perfect version later.

  • 03

    Systems over features

We solve for workflows and infrastructure, not isolated features.

  • 04

    Ownership by default

Small teams. High responsibility. No waiting for permission.

Intro call

A short call to understand your background and answer your first questions.

Technical assessment

One focused exercise, close to real work. No whiteboard puzzles.

Cultural fit conversation

How you work, how you handle ambiguity, what you want to build. Goes both ways.

Reference check

A conversation with a past colleague, with your consent.

Offer

Role, compensation, ESOPs, start date. No surprises

High ownership

You will have direct influence on what gets built and how.

Fast learning curve

You will learn by working on real problems, not simulations.

Visible impact

Your work will affect live systems, not internal metrics.
